At UGL, we are seeking interest from skilled Painters to join the Fuels & Energy East business based onsite at Longford VIC where we have an established and valued presence.
The Painter Blaster crew are a key component within our project delivery & maintenance teams, providing improvements and solutions across the facility.

Working hours are 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday with possible overtime available.
About the Role
You will bring previous experience from an Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical or continuous processing plant. Exposure to working in tanks, confined spaces and piping will be highly regarded:
· Delivery of scaffold scope under the contract
· Execution of planned and unplanned tasks
· Provide technical advice and support to various trades
· Develop and drive continuous improvement and cost-effective solutions
· Working at heights & confined space activities
· Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives
About you
You will inspire your team, draw on their diverse skills and create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another. Ideally you will have\:
· Certificate III in Surface Preparation Coating Application
· Highly experienced Painter Blaster
· NACE Coating Inspector, Level 1 Certified (Desirable)
· Coating preparation and blasting work
· Paint application to the highest standards
· Work at Heights Certification
· Drivers License
