What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day

• Delivering high-quality interior and exterior painting for a range of projects.
• Performing surface preparation, including scraping, sanding, patching, and sealing.
• Minor plasterboard repairs (fixing & flushing) and defect rectification.
• Mixing and matching paints to achieve precise colour consistency.
• Applying paints, varnishes, and stains using brushes and rollers.
• Completing minor carpentry tasks, such as skirting replacement and window repairs (desirable but not essential).
• Managing the customer experience from start to finish with professionalism and care.
• Working autonomously while collaborating with our trades team to deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualification (Painter) preferred.
• Current SA Driver’s License.
• White Card.
• National Police Clearance (required).
• DCSI Clearance (preferred)
• Previous experience in residential and/or commercial painting and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service abilities.
• Initiative and a positive attitude to tackle challenges head-on.
