ETA are currently building a strong talent pool of Mechanical Fitters, Pipe Welders, and Machinists for multiple upcoming and ongoing projects across Brisbane, including Yatala, Lytton, and Brendale.

These roles offer a mix of workshop and site-based work, with opportunities to get involved in major projects, equipment rebuilds, and precision manufacturing.
 
About the Opportunities

• Yatala: TBM rebuilds and heavy mechanical refurbishment
• Lytton: Pipe fabrication and welding (carbon & stainless)
• Brendale: Manual & CNC machining in a modern workshop
• Boilermakers: Roles available across Brisbane Southside 
• Workshop and site-based roles available
• Ongoing work with overtime on offer
• Immediate starts for the right candidates

We're Looking For
 
Mechanical Fitters

• Trade qualified with experience in heavy equipment, rebuilds, or shutdowns
• Strong fault finding and mechanical aptitude

Pipe Welders

• Proven experience in pipe welding (TIG preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings
• Capability to pass weld tests if required

Machinists

• Experience with manual and/or CNC machining
• Ability to work to tight tolerances from technical drawings

General Requirements

• Relevant trade qualifications or strong industry experience
• Current tickets (where required)
• Reliable and safety-focused
• Australian working rights
