Mechanical Fitters (FIFO)

Sure People Solutions is seeking 4 Experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our Shutdown team for ongoing FIFO shutdowns at the Sino site at Cape Preston Port.

• Start 4th Nov – 14th Nov 2024


• 2 x Mechanical Fitters Day Shift


• 2 x Mechanical Fitters Night Shift

About the site: Sino Iron is the largest magnetite mining and downstream processing operation in Australia, located 100km Southwest of Karratha in the mining hub of the Pilbara.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• 12 hours + travel


• Day and Night shift


• FIFO from Perth

Or

• DIDO from Karratha

REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will need to satisfy the following criteria:

• Trade qualification (mandatory)


• Current and valid Australian driver's licence (mandatory)


• MSIC (highly desirable) or National Police Clearance


• High-Risk Work Licence (Forklift and Elevated Work Platform desirable)


• GTA, WAH & CSE (highly desirable)


• White Card (desirable)


• Ability to pass a medical 


• Clean Shaven 


• The successful applicant must pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.

YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Days $68.96 per hour


• Nights $79.57 per hour


• Wages paid weekly
