Mechanical Fitters - Immediate Start
About Us: De Goey Contractors (DGC) is a recognized leader in fabrication, protective coating, process piping, installation, and various aspects of coal mining, terminal maintenance projects, port maintenance, manufacturing, and labor hire. As we continue to expand, we are actively seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our team in Mackay.
Position Details:
$43 – $53.75 per hour plus site allowance and penalties
Day Shift/Night Shift
10 - 12 hour shifts
Candidates will require the following qualifications and experience:
Industry Experience
Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks
Trade-specific qualifications where applicable
Drivers Licence
White Card
Confined Space
Working at Heights
Standard 11 is desirable
Hay Point induction is desirable
Section 6 Hay Point medical or Section 4 CBM is desirable
