Mechanical Fitter

Mechanical Fitters required for local refineries in Wagerup, Pinjarra and Collie.

Duties Include:

• General mechanical works including General mechanical fitting, Basic bolting works, Flange Management, Breakdown on heat exchanger, Overhauling of heat exchangers, Fire watching for welding works.
• Assisting in High pressure water jetting work
• Completion of all onsite works associated with the heater overhauls at Kwinana, Wagerup, Pinjarra and South32 Refineries (ADHOC)

• Trade Qualified - Fitter
• Valid driver's license as travel required
• Heat exchanger experience (Desired)
• Working at heights, and confined space entry (both valid within the last 2 years)
• Able to successfully pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening

• Variety in Your Day: From general mechanical fitting and basic bolting works to fire watching and high-pressure water jetting, your days will be anything but boring.
• Exciting Projects: Work Alcoa’s Pinjarra and Wagerup refineries. As well as ADHOC works at South32 Collie.
• Up to 12-hour days packed with opportunities to earn more through overtime and weekend work available
