Lifestyle Roster 2 and 1 Rotating (Days / Nights / R+R)
Great annual wage $140,000+ plus super per annum
Superannuation paid @ 13.75%
5 weeks paid annual leave
Wages paid on R&R week
Great working location in Brisbane (South)

Team Global Express are seeking Trade Qualified Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic's in our modern workshop at Karawatha, Brisbane. Working a lifestyle balanced 2 and 1 roster (2 weeks on - 1 week off) from a metro location with all the benefits.
As a qualified Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic, you will bring your extensive experience in servicing and repairs to our fleet, vehicles the team maintain include: Mercedes Benz, Kenworth, Volvo, Isuzu, Fuso, Hino and Freightliner and Multiple trailer Manufacturers

You will be responsible for:
Diagnosis, repair and maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic, diesel systems, auto electrical, air conditioning and hydraulic repairs in accordance with requirements detailed on job cards
All general servicing tasks
Coaching, mentoring, training of Apprentices, Trades Assistants, Work Experience etc.
To maintain quality and urgency in the work preformed
Operate in compliance to the NHVAS scheme
Always Maintain a high degree of safety and in-line with HSE policies + procedures
To be successful in this role you will have
Proven experience in a similar role
Ability to work a 2 and 1 rotating roster to facilitate our 24/7 workshop operation.
Possess a Trade Qualification as a Heavy vehicle Diesel Mechanic minimum certificate (III)
Demonstrated ability working within a fast-paced environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Previous diagnostic investigation experience
Be a team player, open and honest who consistently delivers an exceptional customer service experience
Hold a flexible approach to business commitments
