About the Role …

Our mechanic will deliver a quality service in a professional, timely and safe manner, observing the principles of customer focus and operational excellence in all tasks undertaken.

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties: 

  • Work as an integral member of our calibrations team.
  • You will be responsible for Installing, repairing and replacing automotive glass and related materials on vehicles and work as a specialist in our calibration business. 
  • Deliver the service in a professional and timely manner using your amazing people skills
  • Maintain communication with the customer on relevant aspects of the job concerned
  • Ensure the accuracy of all documentation relating to the customer and associated transactions
  • Be a valuable member of our team, contributing to our success and actively helping to create a positive environment

About you …

You will have already worked in an Automotive or Mechanical Role, can quickly build rapport and strive to deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Essential skills & competencies:

  • Mechanical Qualification
  • Looking for long-term career opportunities
  • Employee with a very strong work ethic 
  • Must be comfortable dealing with customers face to face and selling company products 
  • Have a true passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • MUST be able to drive Automatic and Manual vehicles!
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment
  • A high level of self-awareness and desire for ongoing personal development
  • Desire to succeed, with an energetic and enthusiastic approach.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to achieve results and is positive in times of pressure.
  • Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment assessment including a drug and alcohol test
