We’re looking for a Marketing Manager – Plumber Segment to bring our brands to life for one of our most important customer groups. Based in our North Sydney office, you’ll work at the heart of our Marketing team, leading plumber-specific category management, activations and championing our value proposition across this critical trade audience. 

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that blends strategy,  and execution. You’ll partner closely with Sales, the Merchant and Category Marketing teams , and key industry stakeholders to drive growth, launch innovation, and ensure we deliver standout experiences across digital, trade and professional channels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the category management of the plumber specific offerings
  • Lead activation plans and campaigns tailored to the plumber segment
  • Translate customer insights into actions that increase market share and brand engagement
  • Support new product launches, with plumber-focused strategies
  • Be the day-to-day marketing contact for the plumber team and key customers
  • Plan and execute POS, promotions, digital campaigns and events
  • Track campaign performance, manage budgets and report ROI
  • Collaborate on content and tools for professional partners and trade groups like Master Plumbers
  • Bring creativity and a solution-focused mindset to every project

What you’ll bring:

  • Marketing, category or key account experience—essential in B2B or product-focused industries
  • Strong understanding of customer journey marketing, with hands-on campaign execution skills - including automation - ideally with Microsoft 360
  • Great relationship-building skills with a collaborative and commercial mindset
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business or equivalent
  • Passion for working with trade customers and translating insight into action
