Community Housing Limited (CHL) is looking for a practical, reliable Handyperson / Maintenance Operative to join our Port Macquarie team.
This is a hands-on role focused on responsive property maintenance, helping keep our homes safe, well maintained and ready for our tenants. If you enjoy fixing things, working independently and taking pride in a job well done, we'd love to hear from you.
Whether you've worked as a handyperson, maintenance assistant, painter, grounds maintenance worker, commercial cleaner with maintenance experience, or have recently completed an apprenticeship or relevant qualification and are looking to start your career in property maintenance, this could be the opportunity for you.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Operative, you'll carry out a range of general maintenance tasks across CHL properties, including:
