About The Role  

Based at Tarrawonga Mine, we have multiple opportunities to join a large team of fitters and grow in a supportive environment. We have an ultra-class fleet of mining equipment including CAT and Hitachi machinery.

What You’ll Do

• All Required Repairs + maintenance on a wide range of mobile equipment
• Demonstrate visible safe working practises
• Carry out assigned work orders and coordinate with production and maintenance personnel
• Work with minimum supervision to achieve production targets

What You’ll Bring

• You will be an experienced heavy diesel fitter having worked on mining or heavy industry mobile plant, and ideally possess;
• Trade certificate in Mechanical or Heavy Fabrication
• Current driver’s license 
• Local residence in the Gunnedah area, or willingness to relocate
