Maintenance Electrician (A Grade)

We currently have an exciting role opening with one of our clients for a Maintenance Electrician onsite in Kyabram.  Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the successful candidate must have the ability to:

• Complete effective fault-finding and diagnostic activities.


• Undertake both preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.


• Must be open to shift work as this could vary from Days to Afternoon.

Skills and Experience:

• Must have a current A-grade Electrical Licence or equivalent.


• Demonstrable knowledge and application of safe working practices in your daily work.


• Maintenance experience working in a food processing and/or manufacturing environment.


• Experience and understanding of PLCs (AB and Omron), industrial automation, electric motor controls, VSDs, and relay logics.


• Effective communication and strong computer skills (MS applications).


• Must be an effective communicator and able to work well individually and within a team.

About You

• Have an electrical trade qualification and be experienced in maintenance/repair


• Previous experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably food


• Understanding of work planning and scheduling procedures


• Possess a thorough understanding of maintenance work management practices


• Currently have or be willing to receive a QFever vaccination
