Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our global organization to work the afternoon shift.  As part of a small, dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our production machinery and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities;

• Perform scheduled repairs and maintenance of plant equipment.


• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical machinery breakdowns effectively.


• Conduct repairs, replacements, and maintenance as required.


• Adhere to Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure a safe working environment.


• Utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking and managing maintenance tasks.


• Collaborate with team to implement Continuous Improvement (CI) Initiatives.

About You

Our preferred candidate is a motivated Maintenance Electrician looking to make an impact in a thriving food manufacturing environment and demonstrate the following;

• Must be a trade qualified electrician holding the relevant certifications.


• Must have experience with CMMS.


• Advanced understanding of production machine operation within FMCG.


• Strong trouble shooting skills for mechanical machinery.


• Exposure to Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies is an advantage.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
