You’ll play a vital role in overseeing mobile plant mechanical maintenance of our Emeco fleet, working closely with the Workshop Manager, and inspiring your crew to reach new heights of excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Rebuild and repair our rental fleet.
• Motivate and support your team to achieve daily targets.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance, servicing, and quality control of equipment.
• Adhere to company guidelines and cost targets for all maintenance repairs.
• Compile and manage reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide essential support to the Emeco rental fleet.

Your Qualifications

• Unrestricted rights to work in Australia. Please note that this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
• Previous experience in a workshop leadership role.
• Australian-recognised trade certificate (Engineering - Heavy Diesel or Auto - Mobile Plant).
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.
• Current Australian driver's license (mandatory).
