Are you an experienced Auto Electrician looking for your next leadership opportunity? We’re seeking a Leading Hand to oversee the maintenance and repairs of mobile plant equipment in our Force Rebuilds Workshop, located in Paget, Mackay.

• Permanent, Full-Time Position: Attractive hourly rate based on experience
• 5/2 roster in our Paget Mackay workshop
• Superannuation paid on all hours worked.

Your Role:

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve daily targets.
• Conduct rebuilds and repairs on our rental fleet.
• Perform ongoing maintenance, servicing, and quality control of equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance work aligns with company guidelines and cost targets.
• Compile reports and provide support for the Emeco rental fleet.

What You’ll Bring:

• Unrestricted rights to work in Australia (No sponsorship available).
• Proven experience in a workshop leadership role.
• An Australian-recognised trade certificate in Automotive Electrical Technology
• Strong safety awareness and compliance.
• A current Australian driver’s licence (mandatory)
