genU is looking for a purpose-driven Property Care Supervisor to lead from the ground up! You’ll guide supported employees with disabilities, building their skills while delivering quality landscaping services, making an impact across East and North Perth communities.

What you’ll do

• Lead landscaping and property care jobs across sites.
• Empower, mentor and support your team members.
• Keep work safe, on time, and up to quality standards.
• Build a positive, supportive, and hands-on team vibe.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in professional landscaping, gardening, maintenance or property care.
• A friendly leadership and mentorship approach.
• An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

• Cert III in Horticulture
• Leadership experience
