Job Description

We are currently seeking a casual Landscaper to join our hard-working maintenance team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. This position requires an experienced, professional, reliable and well organised person to work a variety of days and shifts.

Your key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Your number one priority will be to maintain the high standard of presentation at the property and its surrounding areas, including: golf course, gardens, lawns, pool areas, and other common areas;
  • Undertake grounds care including; mowing, fertilising, and gardening.
  • Assist in Irrigation system maintenance and management
  • Carry out the maintenance of all tools and equipment (unless tradespersons are required)
  • Assist in servicing the pool and spa areas;
  • Be vigilant for hazards and risks within the workplace that could cause harm and report accordingly; and
  • Build & maintain professional and courteous relationships with guests, co-workers and management.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, management and leadership skills
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise based on workload 
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
