Robert Plumb Landscape South specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of gardening and landscape projects across the Southern Highlands. Robert Plumb Landscape South manages the implementation of gardens. Each project is meticulously managed and stalled to the highest standard by our team of qualified landscape tradespeople.

About the role:

  • Assisting with site set-out and ground levelling to ensure precise and accurate landscaping.
  • Conducting thorough site preparation for upcoming projects.
  • Expertly handling planting, transplanting, and replacing plants to maintain or enhance outdoor spaces.
  • Installing various landscape materials such as pathways, garden beds, planters, fencing, and paving to create beautiful and functional environments.
  • Performing general garden maintenance tasks including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilizing as needed to keep landscapes in top condition.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all site areas to uphold standards.
  • Thriving in an outdoor-based role, adapting to work under various weather conditions.
  • Prioritizing workplace health and safety to create a secure environment for yourself and team members.
  • Facilitating the development and training of fellow team members to foster growth and expertise within the team.

About you:

  • Proven experience in similar role
  • Qualified in Landscape Construction, or related field
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, in all weather conditions
  • Sound knowledge of horticulture, soft and hard landscaping
  • Drivers licence
  • White Card
