ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed by EnergyCo to deliver the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV) will design and construct the project, delivering at least 4.5GW of new capacity to connect 7.7GW of wind and solar energy, powering over 2 million homes from 2028.

Our Central-West Orana REZ Transmission Project is seeking dedicated Labourers to join the Transmission Lines (TL) Laydown team, supporting materials handling, logistics, and site organisation across transmission line works. In this role, you will assist with the movement, loading, unloading, and distribution of materials, ensuring efficient laydown yard operations and site support.
This is a local project role operating on a 5/2 Monday to Friday roster. Local candidates are strongly preferred. No camp accommodation is provided for local workers.
Applicants located within NSW outside the local area may be considered, however accommodation and travel arrangements will not be provided for local positions.
Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, and move materials within the laydown yard and site areas
Assist with organisation and stock control of transmission line materials
Support delivery, dispatch, and general logistics operations
Maintain clean and safe laydown and storage areas
Assist TL crews with material supply and handling requirements
Perform general civil and labouring duties as required
Follow all site safety and environmental procedures
Required Skills and Competencies
Minimum Skills and Qualifications
Previous civil or construction labouring experience (preferred)
Construction White Card
Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
Valid driver’s licence
Basic understanding of materials handling/logistics (desirable)
Ability to work Monday–Friday (5/2 roster)
Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check
