What’s on offer?

We are seeking experienced and energetic Labourers to complement our existing team and support our expanding long-term program of works in the Victorian Utilities sector. You will be part of a dedicated team delivering a diverse portfolio of multidisciplined projects, including earthworks, treatment plants, large-scale pipelines, pump stations and concrete structures.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

• Various labouring tasks and site preparation on civil, water/pipelines works projects
• Maintain and operate safe, clean and secure plant and equipment
• Making sure works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard
• Use of various hand and power tools
• Reporting day to day productivity and issues through to Leading Hands and Supervisors
• Assist in additional aspects of construction as required.

How you'll connect to the role:

• Trade qualifications desirable but not a must
• Experience in civil construction (preferably in the Water sector)
• Construction Induction Certificate (White Card)
• Valid Drivers License, HR Truck License highly regarded
• Additional tickets: Excavator, Front End Loader, Bobcat, Rigger / Dogman tickets are beneficial but not a must
• Reliable & punctual with a good attitude towards work with good on-site problem solving expertise
