The Role

As part of our Internal Maintenance Services Team, you will play an essential role in ensuring we continue to deliver quality housing to our customers.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who will be predominantly out in the field, working collaboratively with various teams within the business. You will be responsible for delivering property maintenance to a portfolio of properties.

You will complete various tasks such as painting, maintenance, cleaning, manage materials and engage with customers to ensure timely and high-quality internal maintenance services.

 

About You

You will have demonstrated experience and knowledge in the painting trade industry, including a relevant qualification. In addition, you understand the importance of responsive maintenance for the community, a passion for delivering high quality services, and enjoy working as part of a wider team.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience and qualification in relevant painting trade
  • White Card & relevant OHS training (including asbestos awareness, working with lead, working safely at heights) 
  • Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing
  • Current Driver’s Licence 
  • Satisfactory Police and Working With Children’s Check

 

Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
