Main shutdown - Commences on the 1st June (12-hour days) - 2 week duration
What's on offer:
Casual Rate $77.30 per hour
Casual Rate $86.96 per hour night shift
Travel allowance $160 per/swing
Paid flights from Perth
Paid inductions completed prior to mobilisation
Own room with air-conditioning and foxtel

About Ventia:
Ventia is seeking experienced & qualified Instrumentation Tube Fitters. This casual role will see you working FIFO out of Perth as part of the Barrow Island Turnaround team on Chevron's 2025 turnaround (TAR 112) and as opportunities arise to join future shutdowns, campaign maintenance and frontline teams.
What you'll need:
Essential
Certificate in Plumbing & Gasfitting or Mechanical or Certificate III in Instrumentation
WA unrestricted licence
Enter and work in confined spaces valid within 3 years end of August 2025
Gas test atmospheres valid withing valid within 3 years end of August 2025
White card
What you will bring:
Knowledge of hydrocarbon production systems and associated hazards
Working experience with BuTech pressure systems and Parker Autoclave Engineers – valves, fittings and tubing – highly regarded
Working experience with Swagelok and HOKE Gyrolok
Expertise in Oil & Gas, refineries and maintenance environments
Safety – first mindset following safety protocols and hazard procedures
