About the Role

CSE Crosscom is seeking applications from skilled, reliable, and energetic Auto Electrician's (Installation Technician) who strive to work to exceed industry quality standards. This full-time permanent role will work closely with the Technical Services team in our Kewdale branch and will be responsible for executing the installation and commissioning of radio and other communication equipment into heavy vehicles, light vehicles, buildings, communications racks and huts, and other similar scopes of work.

You have impressive customer service skills demonstrated by your ability to form long term client relationships and demonstrate intercultural sensitivity.

You are highly organised with demonstrated attention to detail with strong time and workflow management. You will display openness and integrity and will take full ownership and responsibility for all areas of your role.

• Essential skills and experience include:
• Trade qualifications within the Auto Electrical field is preferred and favourable.
• Current driver's license.
• Must hold or have the ability to get certificates and licenses such as Construction Industry White Card, EWP License, Working at Heights, 4WD operator's license, Senior First Aid Certificate.
• Must be capable and confident with Microsoft Suite of products such as Word, Excel and Outlook, along with an intermediate level of computer literacy.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Problem solving capabilities.
