Synergie has Partnered with a leader in Australian manufacturing and heavy engineering, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join our team in Prestons, NSW.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-equipped facility, applying high-quality coatings to fabricated steel structures and components for major industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Industrial spray painting using airless spray systems
• Applying polyurethane coatings and high-build epoxies
• Surface preparation including masking, sanding, and cleaning
• Ensuring all painted components meet required specifications and finish quality
• Mixing and preparing paints and materials according to technical data sheets
• Maintaining spray equipment and tools in clean, working order
• Adhering to strict WHS policies and safe handling of hazardous materials

Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial spray painting
• Skilled in airless spray pumps (Graco or similar)
• Experience applying polyurethane and epoxy coatings
• Ability to read and follow job specifications and technical data sheets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of WHS regulations and safe work practices
• Forklift licence or confined space ticket (advantageous, but not essential)
