We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Spray Painter to join our team at our Carole Park facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced painter looking for stable, long-term employment with a respected engineering company.

About the Role

As an Industrial Spray Painter / Sand Blaster, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing high-quality industrial spray painting
• Completing surface preparation and sandblasting as required
• Applying 3-coat paint systems (primer, intermediate & top coat)
• Ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Conducting basic QA inspections and maintaining accurate documentation
• Maintaining clean, organised, and safe work areas

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience in industrial spray painting
• Competency with 3-coat painting systems
• Ability to assess and check blast profiles
• Knowledge of monitoring environmental conditions including humidity and temperature
• Understanding of QA processes, visual inspections, and documentation
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship

• Forklift Licence
