Industrial Painter

Due to growth in the business we are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Painter for immediate start at our Wandoan Facilities construction project in QLD. This is a compressor station working in the oil & gas sector. Commencing asap 11 hour days on 3/1 roster commencing 28th November 

• Touch up painting with Jotomastic 90 and polyurethane acrylic
• must be able to take measurements and record in ITR
• mix 2-pack epoxy and monitor pot life
• ensure surface preparation is acceptable and either prepare surfaces with bristle blaster or work with T/As to get surface prepped.

• Demonstrated experience working as an Industrial Painter – trade qualified required.
• Must have current Working at Heights (completed in past 2 years)
• Demonstrated experience working in an oil and gas maintenance environment 
• Hold a Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
• Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
• High levels of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Great time management skills
• The ability to work within a team and unsupervised
