Industrial Electrician

Mars Food & Nutrition Australia, home to MASTERFOODS and DOLMIO, is looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team in Wyong.

This role is essential in ensuring our operations run smoothly by diagnosing and repairing breakdowns, improving factory software control systems, and supporting production efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns during shifts.
• Work closely with production teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Improve and maintain factory software control systems.
• Provide technical input for Root Cause Analysis of faults.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Escalate and report downtime issues as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Electrician (Trade Certification in Electrical).
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years of experience in FMCG or a similar industry.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
