About Queensland Coal
Queensland Coal comprises the BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) assets in the Bowen Basin in Central Queensland, Australia.
BMA is Australia’s largest coal producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. BMA is owned 50:50 by BHP and Mitsubishi Development. BMA operates five Bowen Basin mines (Goonyella Riverside, Broadmeadow, Peak Downs, Saraji, and Caval Ridge) and owns and operates the Hay Point Coal Terminal near Mackay.
About this Role
The Specialist ISL works alongside Leaders to improve the experience of Indigenous-identified employees in BMA, while also contributing to enhanced cultural safety and wellbeing across the workplace.

These roles will be offered on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster.
Multi-site options of Goonyella/Broadmeadow or Peak Downs/Saraji can be offered DIDO or Residential from the regional area or as FIFO ex-Brisbane.
Caval Ridge is offered as FIFO ex-Brisbane (alternative regional commute options may be considered)
