About the role
We're seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join a well-established and growing business servicing a range of commercial clients across Perth.

This is a hands-on role offering variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work across service, maintenance, breakdowns and fit-out projects. You'll be working on a range of commercial sites including schools, shopping centres, hospitality venues and light industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Service, diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems (No residential!)
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across commercial sites
• Attend reactive breakdowns and fault-finding work
• Maintain cool rooms, freezers, refrigeration units and air conditioning systems
• Complete service reports and documentation
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service
• Work independently while collaborating with the wider team when required  

Key Requirements For Success

• Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• West Australian Restricted Electrical Licence
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• National Police clearance (within 12 months or willing to obtain)
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
• Full, Unrestricted Australian working rights
