Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking a qualified and dependable HVAC Technician to support the ongoing maintenance and care of a large, highly regulated healthcare precinct on the Gold Coast.
Reporting to the Technical Services team, you will work collaboratively with site stakeholders and BGIS colleagues to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across critical mechanical systems, ensuring comfort, reliability, and compliance.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Southport, close to public transport. The position offers stable hours, monthly RDOs, and predictable scheduling to support balance outside of work.
