The Role
ASM Chilltech is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Supervisor to join our growing Self Perform service team, overseeing the delivery of HVAC maintenance and service contracts across a portfolio of commercial and industrial facilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing technicians, coordinating workflow, and ensuring high-quality HVAC maintenance services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with BGIS standards. You will work closely with clients across sectors including government, education, and healthcare, building strong relationships while ensuring operational performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

This is a leadership-focused role suited to someone with strong HVAC industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys mentoring teams while driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage HVAC service and maintenance contracts across commercial and industrial facilities
• Lead and support technicians, coordinating daily workflows and service delivery priorities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across government, education, and healthcare sectors
• Oversee service performance, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Prepare and manage customer quotations and service reporting
• Coordinate and review compliance documentation, including OHSQ&E site audits
• Monitor contract performance, supporting revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and coordinators
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery

Your Education, Experience & Skills

• Demonstrated experience in HVAC service and maintenance within the commercial or industrial sector 
• Experience in contract management and service delivery environments 
• Strong time management, communication, and organisational skills 
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and grow service opportunities 
• Proven leadership capability with the ability to guide and support technicians 
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and quality standards within service environments 
• Current Driver’s Licence
• White Card (Construction Induction) desirable
• Working With Children Check desirable
