Ventia is seeking a standout HVAC / Electrician to join their dynamic Telecommunications Team in Ballina/Grafton region. As a crucial member of the Telecommunications team, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining, repairing, and optimising facilities and advanced HVAC systems.
This isn't your typical 9-to-5 job—it's a full-time, permanent role with ample opportunities for overtime. Imagine cruising to work in your own company-provided Tool of Trade vehicle, ensuring you arrive ready to tackle any challenge the day presents.
The payrate for this position is at industry rates on skills and experience.

Key duties, but not limited to:
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
Contribute to overall site maintenance
Perform reactive and planned preventative maintenance and testing as required via Mobility (iPad)
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services promptly and efficiently
Ensure inspection results are recorded online with objective quality evidence standards
Provide flexibility to meet the demands of out of hours and call out work as required
Skills & Experience:
A strong focus and commitment towards OH&S in the workplace
Excellent customer service and time management skills
Great communication skills
A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to develop skills
A current and valid Australian Drivers Licence, Australian Refrigeration Trade qualification and applicable licenses
A current and valid Arctick Refrigerant Handling Licence, Restricted Electrical Licence or Dual Trade qualifications.
Ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to travel occasionally to the different metro & remote sites as required
You must be able to pass a national police check, a Working with Children Check, also complete and pass in full a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
