HVAC Project Manager

Crest is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team in North Lakes, QLD. As part of the Queensland - Mechanical department, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key role in our organisation. The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing HVAC projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading project planning, including defining project scope, goals and deliverables
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
• Managing project budgets, resources and timelines effectively
• Overseeing installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to project team members
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays proactively
• Preparing regular reports and updates for management and clients
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the organisation
