HVAC/BMS Technician (159976)

Ventia are engaged for the design, construction, financing, and facility management of the Royal North Hospital located in St Leonards. We’re hiring a HVAC/BMS Supervisor to oversee the HVAC operations, including subcontractors, as well as respond to all service requests from the hospital.

About the role:

• Oversee the operations of the HVAC system, including preventative and planned maintenance works.
• Update and maintain the Building Management System.
• Monitor and drive rectification of KPI’S within times set by critical response guidelines, while ensuring safety is not compromised.
• Ensure that all scheduled maintenance is completed within service level agreement timeframes.

About You:

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration essential.
• Must be technologically savvy and be competent to use various computer systems.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Have great attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
