We're looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join UGL on the Narrogin Wind Farm project. This is a chance to step into a high-profile role, work alongside a strong leadership team and help shape the safety culture on a project that will play an important part in WA's energy future.
You'll be joining an established team with solid support around you, a practical approach to safety and a long-term pipeline of renewable projects beyond this one.

About the role
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll be a key member of the leadership team responsible for driving safety performance across the project. You'll be out on site, building relationships, coaching leaders, supporting teams and helping make sure everyone goes home safely.
As part of the project leadership team, you'll work closely with operational leaders, contractors and client representatives to drive practical safety outcomes and keep the project moving in the right direction.
Key responsibilities
Lead the site's HSE strategy and day-to-day performance
Support and mentor the HSE team
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Lead investigations and learnings when required
Help maintain compliance with legislative and project requirement.

Experience in a similar HSE Manager role leading HSE on large solar, wind or BESS construction projects.
Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
