We've built a modern, purpose-designed workshop in Geraldton as part of our ongoing commitment to providing a safe, high-quality, and innovative working environment for our team. This facility is fully equipped with the latest tools, technology, and comfort features, reinforcing our focus on preventative maintenance, safety, and long-term asset care.

Based at our Geraldton depot, you’ll carry out preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet of Mack and Volvo heavy multi-combination vehicles, ensuring peak performance and maximum uptime. You'll be home after every shift. 

Two roster options are available (home after every shift):

• 2:1 roster – 7 days, 7 nights, 7 off 
• Even time roster – 7 days, 7 off, 7 nights, 7 off 

Please indicate your preferred roster when applying.

A Day in the Workshop Might Include:

• Maintaining equipment in line with OEM specifications and compliance standards
• Diagnosing faults accurately and safely
• Reporting emerging issues or faults to management
• Managing work orders and promptly responding to driver and workshop requests
• Completing documentation and inputting data accurately into systems

• C Class Driver’s Licence, or HR Licence (preferable)
• Minimum 2 years in maintenance & repair of heavy vehicle and/or trailers (Volvo & Mack preferable)
• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate - Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic
• Experience in vehicle inspections and electric & repairs to heavy duty trucks and trailers
• Heavy vehicle authorised examiner certification (desirable but not essential)
• Willing to complete a pre-employment medical
• Applicants must hold a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
