Heavy Diesel Fitter

Emeco is seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our skilled maintenance team at the Meteor Downs mine site in the Bowen Basin, Central Queensland.

If you’re ready for a fresh challenge, a new site, and a supportive crew, this is your chance. With exposure to CAT equipment, you’ll hit the ground running in this fast-paced, rewarding role.

About the Fleet:
CAT 992 Wheel Loaders, D11 Dozers, EX1200 Digger

What You’ll Bring:

• Australian-recognised trade qualification

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia

• Proven mine site experience across breakdowns, diagnostics, servicing, and component change-outs

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence, 

• National Police Clearance, Coal Board Medical and Standard 11  (or ability to obtain one)
