• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems throughout the hotel property, including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, identifying and repairing faulty components promptly to minimize guest disruptions.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to assess and address HVAC needs in various areas such as guest rooms, restaurants, conference spaces, and common areas.

• Full Refrigeration and Air Conditioning License is required.  
• Previous experience working in hotel / resort / hospitality settings is preferred.
• Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including small hand tools.
• Track record of efficiently managing projects, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum guest satisfaction.
