As a Handyperson, reporting to the Property Operations Manager, offers an opportunity to work alongside a large team within our Property Operations that are responsible for maintaining all aspects of our Sydney property.
A few of your responsibilities:
General maintenance, repair work and cleaning duties for furniture, fittings and equipment
Preventative assessments and maintenance on gaming and other equipment
Maintaining the cleanliness of plant rooms and other Facilities Department spaces
Assist the Maintenance Technician’s in their daily duties as required
What are we looking for:
Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays as required)
Previous experience in a technical, industrial building or construction environment as a trade assistant
Effective communication skills & strong passion for team drive
Knowledge of building services & ability to work unsupervised.
