Job Description

Oaks Cable Beach Resort is seeking a reliable and proactive Handyperson / Grounds Person to help maintain our beautiful common areas and gardens. This role is essential in ensuring our public spaces remain safe, clean, and inviting for guests. You’ll primarily work at Oaks Cable Beach Resort, with occasional duties at Oaks Broome Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs in common areas.
• Maintain gardens and outdoor spaces, including pruning, weeding, and clean-up.
• Keep pathways and public areas tidy and hazard-free.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf clearing and basic landscaping.
• Report any issues promptly and work collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications

About You

• Previous experience in maintenance, gardening, or similar roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
