Grounds Maintenance Labourer

About The Opportunity

Our client located in Wakeley is currently seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Labourer to join their Team. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of an excellent team and growing bussiness. Portfolio includes, strata maintenance, business parks, grounds of prestige multi-residential communities and government contracts. Working across the Western Suburbs of Sydney, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep and improvement of the grounds at our clients’ sites.

$33.13 per hour

Temp to perm role 

4 days Tuesday- Friday, 7am-3pm with opportunity of 5 days once trained

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard


• Operate a range of mowers and other small plant equipment


• Weed & pest control – spraying and manual weeding


• Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures

About You

To join the team, you will need to have experience in grounds/Mowing maintenance experience, with a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Basic knowledge of the below is required: 

• Grounds/Mowing maintenance experience


• Experience operating a range of mowers and other small plant equipment


• Current driver's license & white card



• Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace



• Execute work that is of a high standard and an eye for detail


• A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
