Our Brooklyn Distribution Centre are looking for a reliable, hands on Glass Recovery Specialist to join our team!
Key Points
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm
Pay: $28.78ph + Super
Key duties include:
Expertly operate specialised equipment and tools to remove light to heavy scratches from glass.
Ensure a flawless finish by polishing and restoring the glass to like-new condition.
Loading and unloading windscreens where required
Maintain safe work practices in the warehouse
Minimise broken glass through good handling process and stock management
Maintain clean and safe work environment inside and outside warehouse

What we are looking for:
Training will be provided but proven experience as a glass scratch remover or in a similar skilled trades role is a benefit.
Strong technical skills in the use of specialised glass scratch removal equipment and tools, (polishing and grinding machine alike).
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to achieve a flawless finish.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
High level communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be fit and healthy and able to lift / pick glass products
Must have full Australian working rights and be willing to undertake a full Pre-Employment Medical.
