Our Brooklyn Distribution Centre are looking for a reliable, hands on Glass Recovery Specialist to join our team!

Key Points

  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm

  • Pay: $28.78ph + Super

Key duties include:

  • Expertly operate specialised equipment and tools to remove light to heavy scratches from glass.

  • Ensure a flawless finish by polishing and restoring the glass to like-new condition.

  • Loading and unloading windscreens where required

  • Maintain safe work practices in the warehouse

  • Minimise broken glass through good handling process and stock management

  • Maintain clean and safe work environment inside and outside warehouse

What we are looking for:

  • Training will be provided but proven experience as a glass scratch remover or in a similar skilled trades role is a benefit.

  • Strong technical skills in the use of specialised glass scratch removal equipment and tools, (polishing and grinding machine alike).

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to achieve a flawless finish.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • High level communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Must be fit and healthy and able to lift / pick glass products

Must have full Australian working rights and be willing to undertake a full Pre-Employment Medical.
