General Manager Air Conditioning

My client is a global leader in Consumer Technology and has a brand synonymous with quality, and excellence, and is renowned for being at the forefront of the consumer electronics industry. Currently they are looking for an experienced General Manager, Air Conditioning to join their fantastic team!

This is pivotal role and one that is absolutely mission critical as my client continues to drive growth here and abroad. The role will take charge of the Air Conditioning division and will be based in Sydney’s Western Suburbs. You will have a team of approximately 22 FTE with a growth plan to well over 32. This role is about leadership and creating success through channel partners while also ensuring you drive operational efficiencies across the business.

This role sits on the ELT and as such I am looking for a seasoned leader who understands how to manage up as well as down. Ideally, I need someone who has come up the Sales/Commercial path and has worked in a product based industry with a channel partner to market strategy. Aircon experience is a nice to have but not absolutely necessary.

On offer will be a salary package commensurate with your 10+ years of relevant leadership experience including a Strong Base, Super, Fully Maintained Car or Car Allowance and STI bonus structure as well as the opportunity to work for a truly global, household brand!
