Key responsibilities:

• General repairs and home maintenance

• Second fix carpentry

• Defect rectification

• Bathroom renovations

• Door and door hardware installation

• Timber repairs and replacement

• Plasterboard repairs

• Cornice repairs and installation

• Manage overall customer experience from start to completion

• Work autonomously and run your own works

• Minor estimating of works onsite

• Collaboration with the trades team

• Desired but not essential – painting, concreting, tiling & non-structural demolition experience.

About you:

• Must have proven experience in building maintenance and repairs

• Trade qualification – Carpentry

• Current SA Driver’s license

• White Card

• National Police Clearance

• DCSI clearance (preferred)

• Excellent problem solving and teamwork ability

• Great customer service skills

• Ability to work autonomously with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
