- Bulk cooking (all meals/functions) for residents and visitors at site (50-2000pax)

The Ideal Candidate
- Certificate III+ Commercial Cookery, or trade certificate
- Experience cooking in bulk for large groups;
- Confident working under pressure in a diverse team of Chefs and KHs;
- Focus on quality with attention to detail, presentation, and HACCP principles;
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to grow!
