FIFO Administration Supervisor

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

Due to anticipated growth on our Cannington Mine Site Village, we are seeking expressions of interest for an experienced Site Administrator to join our well-established team on a 4 day on 3 day off roster, working 12 hour days.

The Position

• Responsible for front desk attendance
• Management of accommodation system
• Supervision of administrative staff
• Overall management of travel logistics and all aspects of general office administration
• Other ad hoc tasks as required

The Person

• Strong communication skills
• Strong systems knowledge
• Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
• Team players with the ability to multi-task in busy environments
• Ability to lead, develop and mentor our current teams
• Prior Administration Supervisory experience
• Impeccable organisational and time management skills
• All candidates will be asked to provide a current First Aid/CPR
