About the Role
This position will be responsible for providing high levels of service and ongoing post placement support to our Apprentices and Trainees. The role will also involve developing effective relationships with apprentices, host employers, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), schools and other stakeholders.
We will of course provide you with everything you need to do your job successfully including a vehicle, laptop and mobile phone. Being out on the road visiting host employers and apprentices/trainees will be part of your everyday so if you're a true people person and you enjoy connecting and engaging with local business and apprentices then this is a fantastic opportunity! About you
Our successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and/or have an understanding of a Group Training Organisation (GTO) and come with account management and strong relationship building skills.
You will also have proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and bring confidence to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Coming from an Employment Services, Labour Hire, Human Resources, trade, sales or similar environment would also be preferable but not essential.
