Factory Traffic Control/ Gate Keeper (Part Time, Fixed term role)

About the role

Telwater is seeking a Factory Traffic Controller/ Gate keeper for a Part Time, fixed term role until December 2027. This position requires the person to monitor all traffic and visitors in and out of our factory site. To be successful in this role you will require flexibility to work minimum 4 hour shifts daily, rostered between 4:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Duties will include:

• Provide a friendly and welcoming first point of contact for all persons arriving at our site
• Monitor all vehicles entering and leaving site 
• Complete check in and site induction processes with all visitors before directing them to the correct location e.g store, transport or front office.
• Operate exit gates when required via a remote control.
• Radio communication to factory teams
• Respond to any alarms
• Assist WHS Advisor in the event of an alarm or site evacuation
• Ensure compliance with the Telwater Traffic Management plan.
• General administration duties and tasks.
