Facility Electrician

No two days are the same here, it’s a fast-paced, high-energy environment where our team keeps everything running behind the scenes.   About the Role This isn’t your standard Electrician and General Maintenance role. You’ll be hands-on across everything happening in the club, from electrical work and fit-outs to events, repairs, and general maintenance. One day you could be working on a project or installation, the next helping set up an event, fixing something in the car park, or even jumping in on general upkeep like painting or repairs. You’ll play a key role in keeping our venues running smoothly, safely, and looking their best at all times. Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations across the club Support general maintenance tasks including repairs, painting, and basic upkeep Assist with event set-ups, pack-downs, and project works Troubleshoot issues across facilities, equipment, and infrastructure Maintain a safe and compliant working environment Work closely with internal teams to support daily operations Respond to maintenance requests across multiple areas (venue, back of house, car park, etc.)   About You Fully qualified Electrician (NSW licence required) Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in commercial electrical work Hands-on and willing to get involved in all types of maintenance work (not just electrical) Able to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain across a variety of tasks Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Reliable, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment   Desirable (but not essential): EWP / Working at Heights Data/cabling experience RSA/RCG (or willingness to obtain)   Why Join Us Generous daily meal allowance used across the venue Free, secure underground parking + discounted car washes Stable, full-time role in a large organisation Opportunity to grow into a senior/team leader position Diverse workload across multiple sites and projects
