About the Role

The Fabricator/Welder will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing maintenance and repairs on mobile and fixed plant equipment
  • Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of mileage / hours once repaired
  • Fabricate parts from engineering drawings
  • Mig/Tig and ARC welding
  • Assist with mechanic repairs

This is a full-time, ongoing position, with an immediate start available. The hours of work will be Monday – Friday, 6am – 4pm, with these hours fluctuating according to business needs. Please note, whilst this position is based in Epping, travel to our sites in Montrose and Hallam sites may be required as part of the role.

About you:

The following skills / licenses / experience are also required:

  • Cert III in Engineering
  • Forklift License
  • Australian Driver’s License
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in the maintenance, repair, and modification of existing equipment
  • Experience in the fabrication of new equipment
